Almost twenty years ago, Kathy McWilliam experienced “love at first breath” when she attended her first Yoga class. The unique practice of Yoga, encompassing body, mind and soul, inspired Kathy to deepen her own practice and share her love of Yoga with others. She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Kathy also studied Yoga Philosophy and Meditation with Tony Murdock from the Yoga Centre of Burlington.

Being a runner and cyclist, Kathy realizes the benefits of incorporating aYoga practice as an effective method of cross-training, to strengthen and tone, as well as increasing flexibility to reduce the risk of injury. Kathy teaches Beginner Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and specializes in teaching Yoga for Runners.
