James River Yoga, in downtown Lynchburg, VA, opened in August 2011 with 7 qualified teachers representing many styles and techniques, including Anusara-Inspired, Kripalu, Hot Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yogasana, Meditation, Extra Gentle for the Very Beginner, Gentle Flow. Located in the renovated warehouse of the old Craddock Terry building, the studio is within walking distance of restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, bike trails and cafes.
