Transformation Yoga is a gentle, yet powerful yoga which will help to strengthen all aspects of a person - body, mind and spirit - leading to inner calm and balance, better health and personal progress. We run regular morning and evening yoga classes suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. We also teach Pure Meditation Foundation - a meditation technique which can be learnt in an hour and we hold five day retreat style, in depth Pure Meditation courses. Spiritual Knowledge and Philosophy courses, and courses for Balanced Living and Stress Management. We have a clinic offering Natural Spiritual Healing, Progressive Counselling and Animal Healing. Retreats are also available with delicious vegetarian food. We offer work place supervision, coaching and training including dispute resolution, negotiation and energy care skills.
