Still your mind and energise your body with yoga. Starting in January 2013, I offer small & friendly dynamic flow yoga classes at Gaia Studio, a new boutique yoga studio in the Belleden Road area of Peckham Rye/East Dulwich. Classes are Monday night, Wednesday & Friday mornings. Please see my website for details. Dynamic flow classes (also known as 'vinyasa yoga) are energetic and uplifting - linking movement and breath in order to cultivate strength, stamina and flexibility. Having practiced yoga for over ten years, I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2010 with the ShivaShakti School of Yoga, US (registered with the Yoga Alliance).
