We provide personal yoga sessions. It is highly recommended that students commit to 6-10 classes (10 weeks) in order to build upon their yoga practice and gain results mentally, physically and in spirit. Apurva Wellness is a natural health spa that combines the ancient healing arts of yoga and ayurveda to offer our clients a natural, wholistic approach to health and beauty.
