We want to bring the healing aspects of yoga to all people, regardless of their age, ethnicity or skill level. Often times yoga is taught as aerobics or calisthenics, which is a huge disservice to this healing art. Our strongest desire is to teach a lifestyle that continues off the yoga mat and is translated into everyday life. We offer a safe and nurturing learning environment that creates the fertile soil for emotional, physical and spiritual growth.
