Terra Sol offers classes in a safe and supportive environment. Learn strong foundation with Iyengar based principles and feel restored after classes with emphasis on pranayam (breathwork) combined with asana (poses) to balance, strengthen, stretch and relax you. New on Thursday evenings is prenatal yoga where skills for labour/delivery are taught that can be carried forward into daily life. These include pelvic and vocal toning.
