I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, accredited through the Association of Independent Yoga Practitioners (AIYP). Classes: Tues eve 7.30pm - 9.00pm at Hatton Park Village Hall, Barcheston Drive, Warwick CV35 7TR. Parking available Wed eve 7.30pm - 9.00pm at Westgate Primary School, Bowling Green Street, Warwick CV34 4DD (entrance through car park to right of school). Parking available Cost £6 per week if pay for half term block of classes (usually 6 or 7 weeks). £7 drop in. Class explores the relationship between the spine, gravity and the breath. We aim to undo tightness, release tension, and use the breath to move deeper into asanas. Classes end with relaxation or meditation.
