I teach on behalf of The Shanti Bhakti Sangha, and my Teacher Mike Spencer. His style of teaching is based on the Eight Limbs (Astanga) of Patanjali, a slow, intense and concentrated way of working with exercises to strenghten and supple the body, Asana (postures), breathing, relaxation and meditation to give us practical tools with which to bring healing to all aspects of ourselves.
