Weekly Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style and led classes, Hatha Yoga and MUM and BABY classes. SYT Yoga Therapy and yoga one to one sessions. All classes near central Lausanne in Chailly (bus stop Pont de Chailly, M2 Sallaz). Small groups up to 8 students. Experienced and qualified teacher (BWY DIP, RYT500).
