We are a new hot yoga studio offering 60 and 90 minute classes of 26 poses in a 100+ degree 900 square foot mirrored yoga room. Our certified and experienced instructors will lead you through the sequence with a gentle dialogue that is accessible to all fitness levels. We have mats and towels for rent, new and gently used yoga clothes for sale, and other amenities. We are conveniently located right off the highway on the corner of Harrison and Trowbridge road in East Lansing across the street from Michigan State University.
