   Practising what is considered ‘Hatha Vinyasa Flow’ or ‘Flow Yoga’, a general class would commence with quieting the mind with some breathing techniques to bring us to our centre, gently warming up the body with some stretches. Finding alignment with static postures and then progressing to a more challenging but rewarding flow of asanas (postures) with the breath, leaving time at the end for relaxation.

Deep relaxation classes are also available and designed to reduce many symptoms of stress, such as tiredness, anxiety and insomnia. If you would like to de-stress the mind and body and distance yourself from external distractions, these classes are available on a monthly basis. No previous experience of yoga is necessary and is beneficial to practice during pregnancy. The practice involves laying down on a mat in a warm environment and listening to simple instructions.
