Drawing from her own practice & study with inspiring teachers, Belle teaches a flowing, energising and relaxing Hatha yoga class, working deeply with the vital breath, weaving classical asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), building strength, focus and guiding towards inner stillness . Different level classes and courses are suitable for complete beginners to those with an established practice. Belle’s aim is to inspire & aid her students to establish a sustainable, safe and enjoyable practice; helping to release stress, build strength, stamina and flexibility alongside deep relaxation, overall well-being and joi de vivre !
