Intensive 10 and 14 day retreats all year round and a 3 months sadhana Jan-Apr, for beginners and advanced alike.

We, at Haa Course Center, offer in-depth and comprehensive teaching in classical yoga and meditation from the tantric tradition, including deep relaxation, breathing exercises and periods of Silence. You participate because you want to gain experience and results. Relevant theory is included in lectures and individual advice given when needed. All teachers are highly qualified, with our full time 6 years' training. The surrounding countryside contributes to making your stay at Haa rich and varied, with the forest and lakes, the wildlife, canoeing, swimming and horse-riding.
