Classes are taught in Glenwood Community Center. Glenwood is located in rural southwest New Mexico so classes are small enough that individual guidance can be given. Mondays 4pm and 6pm; Thursdays 4pm; Introduction to Yoga by appointment. Cordelia learned yoga at the Integral Yoga Center in New York City, has practiced for 22 years and taught for 10 years. Visitors and newcomers to yoga are most welcome.
