Combining the ancient practices of Hatha yoga, we come together as Jewish women to practice some of the timeless values of our culture, such as chessed (kindness), and/or lessons from the week's parsha. This is an all-levels class and you will be encouraged to challenge yourself while honoring your body's needs and possible limits (which may vary from day-to-day).
