Yoga classes and therapy catering for all levels. I specialise in teaching yoga on a class and individual basis. I also teach Body Ball Rolling, a therapy which focuses on using a ball of variable size to work deeply into the muscles to release tension, habitual patterning, elongate muscles and it is also helpful for non-exercisers, professional athletes, people that perform gentle exercise, fitness fanatics, people that are immobile to people who suffer with problems and injuries, e.g. sciatica, back pain and frozen shoulder.
