OM Kids Yoga Center Is a studio just for kids! We take the ancient practice of yoga, and translate it into a language that kids understand and love. Children reap the same benefits from yoga that adults attain. The only difference is the approach. We bark in downward facing dog, blow feathers into the air to practice deep breathing, and listen to John Lennon during Shavasana. We run over 20 classes a week for infants, toddlers, kids and teens.
