Curs de Hatha Yoga (Asane - postúri corporale) si Pranayama Yoga. Prin ASANE se obtine flexibilizarea muschilor si articulatiilor, dezvoltarea armonioasa a intregului corp, corectarea diverselor dezechilibre fizice si energetice si totodata cresterea capacitatii de a ne concentra si de a ne destinde, adica de a ne desprinde de stresul si grijile cotidiene.

PRANAYAMA ne invata cum sa controlam si sa ne sporim energia vitala prin controlarea si constientizarea respiratiei. In plan energetic, pe langa detoxifierea organismului, Pranayama are ca efect si echilibrarea metabolismului, accelerandu-l atunci cand este cazul, avand ca efect, la nivel fizic, reducerea greutatii excesive si dobandirea armoniei corporale.

In terms of energy, in addition to detoxifying the body, Pranayama helps balance the metabolism, accelerating it when appropriate, with effects on the physical level, reduce weight and gaining body harmony.
