The Yoga of Vowels A unique combination of sound and movement using the vibration of vowels.
It is one of the basic tools of Gaiayoga. By raising the frequency of the body, the conscious sounds and movements of the Yoga of Vowels can provide multiple benefits such as balancing body and mind or strengthening the immune system. When practiced daily, in association with conscious breathing, it is a powerful tool for transformation.

About Anna Takahashi I practice Gaiayoga since its birth in 1997. After having worked for many years in the area of music, publishing and communication, in France and in Belgium, I moved to Quebec in 2000 in order to follow the teachings of Reine-Claire and Mario-Gaal, the creators of Gaiayoga. I live in Montreal where I teach the Yoga of Vowels while continuing to explore anything that moves body and soul. I also give workshops and classes in France, Germany and Japan.
