I am a Registerd Yoga Instructor, Registered through Yoga Alliance. I Graduated My Teachers Training Program in June of 2011. I attended my training at the Evansville Yoga Center. I completed a 200hr Certification Program with Chris Crews. I am currently teaching at the Henderson YMCA and at the Evansville Yoga Center. There are several places where I teach and I substitute for some of the areas local instructors. I am currently training in Hot Yoga. I also teach clients privately on a 1 on 1 basis to help my students develop their practice.
