I contract with the Cultural Arts Center to teach in their studios. I also teach in Doctor's Offices, at UNCG and Pyramids. I love to teach Ashtanga because it is such an intelligent combination of postures. Not everyone can do Ashtanga however, so I have developed a beginning form that works the body completely from top to bottom (standing postures to inversions.)
