Public and Private Yoga Session in North London N10, N2, N8 (Muswell Hill, East Finchley, Crouch End) Public classes in dynamic hatha yoga for students with previous yoga experience, as well as those new to yoga. We will work dynamically with biomechanical principles, creating the ideal balance between strength and flexibility. Each class is themed around a particular physical alignment principle as well as a specific theme, providing opportunity to get in tune with our bodies as well our hearts and minds.
