We are a small studio specializing in customization of yoga practice even in a group setting. We emphasize injury prevention through awareness, good alignment and focused breathing. Wherever you are in your practice, we are here for you. We offer several group classes including beginner (Basic Open), Restorative, Open (Mixed Level), Intermediate Asana, Gentle and Hot Power Flow, as well as private lessons: individual, group, and Corporate Wellness. We will be offering a 200 Hour Teacher Training starting in March 2013 in collaboration with myhalfmoonyoga.com, Catherine Deans.
