Small classes with individual assistance. Based on the sun salutations the classes are movement-oriented and apart from the flexibility, strength and co-ordination is developed. By practicing the asanas you learn to better know your body and the activity of your mind. The connection of strong, demanding and flowing movements in combination with conscious breathing, leads you to more observation of the moment and ideally into „the flow". Enjoy the well earned relaxation phase at the end of the class.
