Kundalini yoga is a powerful, ancient yet safe science, art and tecnology which helps to prepare, clear, cleanse and strenghten our numerous bodies, nervous system and chakras in order to awaken kundalini and open ourselves to our higher levels of conciousness.
It is a rich, sensuous, expansive and empowering yoga. Classes consist of Kriyas which weaves together exercises and postures (Asanas), breathwork (pranayama), hand and figure gestures (mudra), body locks (Bhandas), chanting (mantras) and meditation. Beginners are very welcome.
