Welcome to Ashtanga Den Haag. We are dedicated to the traditional teachings of Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga Den Haag is the first Ashtanga school in Den Haag with a resident KPJAYI Authorized Teacher launching and running a daily Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style program. We follow the lineage of our teachers Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois.
