Shivani/Irena has been teaching Yoga for 13 years. She is a Sivananda Vedanta certified instructor and has participated in the Teacher Training Certification Program with Sri Dharma Mittra in 1999. Shivani has developed a way to accomodate beginners to advanced practicioners within the same setting to make the student feel that they can be comfortable within their own practice and their own physiucal body. Shivani also works with eldery students with physical disabilities. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS FOR PRIVATE INSTRUCTION ONLY, I DO NOT HAVE A STUDIO. I CAN VISIT YOUR HOME, OR WE CAN AGREE TO MEET IN A SPACE OF YOUR CHOICE.
