Village Yoga is a premier yoga studio and teacher training school located in the heart of Potomac, MD, approximately 12 miles from downtown Washington, DC. The studio offers 40 classes a week for all ages and levels in addition to teacher training throughout the year. Village Yoga’s motto is ‘Building a Community One Yogi at a Time’. We seek to do this at every turn, whether it be within the studio or within the community. At Village Yoga, we focus on the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Knowing our children are our future, we’ve taken this belief into the community and have become a leading force in working with adolescents on a holistic approach to health.
