Urban Ashram Manila is the premier center for the study of Yoga in the Philippines. Urban Ashram Manila offers daily classes in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and its own foundation classes called FNR - Flexibility Not Required. Yoga Alliance-registered Teacher training programs are held twice a year with internationally-recognized Senior teachers conducting workshops and classes on a regular basis. The Ashram is the only Philippine studio accredited with the Green Yoga Association.
