Padma Yoga is a well being center. Yoga classes, workshops and retreats. We teach daily yoga classes for all people, including pregnant women and children. With our classes and workshops you will experience that yoga mixed with guided meditation and the practice of daily Asanas (postures) together with breathing exercices have deep effects on your mind, body, emotions and spirit. OUr center offers daily classes and workshops, so that you can learn to do Yoga by yourself and include it to your daily life. We also offer therapeutic Massages and Reiki treatments. We organize Yoga Retreats on the beach or in the mountain together with Latin Dance classes for all levels.
