This Vinyasa Flow-based Yoga class includes asana practice (postures), pranayama (breath/energetics) and meditation. The movement part includes elements of Alexandra's training in Somatics, Developmental Movement and Laban Movement Analysis to deepen the exploration of asana. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat (if you haven't got one but are interested in coming anyway get in touch). Five-week block - £50 (£40 concessions) or £10 per class (£8 concessions), drop-in rate £12 (£10 concessions) Block One five weeks, Thursdays: 12, 19 and 26 January, 2 and 9 February 2012 (February half-term) Block Two six weeks, Thursdays: 23 February, 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 March 2012
