Our schedule is as diverse as our students and teachers, as we're here to celebrate the uniqueness of you. We strive to provide excellent service and a memorable experience by focusing on the individual, communicating on a first name basis, and making a lifelong connection. Promoting the philosophies of yoga, we believe in developing trust and focusing on one's overall sense of wellbeing. This includes balancing one's physical health, mental awareness and spiritual guidance.
All our instructors are unique in their teaching principles and our classes range from Yoga Basics, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Breathwork, Prenatal, Integral Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga and Power Hatha Vinyasa with advanced inversions. We maintain a temperature between 75 to 90 degrees at our facilities, at the discretion of each teacher and class, allowing students to relax in the warmth and comfort of this restorative discipline.
