Namaste! Satula Yoga Studio welcomes you––open to serve you and the Ottawa community. An intimate, warm and uplifting space, Satula Yoga has been designed to create a serene environment to leave behind the daily stresses of life and practice yoga with like-minded students. Whether your reason for practicing yoga is one for physical well-being, emotional healing or spiritual awakening, do not be surprised to leave the class feeling balanced, centered, happy, nourished and best of all at peace.
At Satula Yoga, we offer a variety of classes throughout the day and week to fit your busy schedule. Everyone is invited to drop in to any class, however to ensure you have a spot, please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our yoga classes are suitable for all ages and levels. For those that require props, we have a variety available for you to use. The classes are taught in a safe and nurturing atmosphere but it is always recommended that you check in with your doctor to make sure this form of exercise is suitable for you. At Satula, meditation and Savasana (final relaxation) are incorporated in all classes, as we will aim to find balance on and off the mat, find peace in chaos, and savour stability.
Types of classes offered: Hatha Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Heated Power Basics, Yin Yoga, Mature Yoga and Gentle Yoga.
