Hi! I would like to introduce myself first of all. I am Sonal Patel – a YOGA INSTRUCTOR. I am keen to spread YOGA – as it is a unique panacea for solving majority of the problems of today’s life. We take aasans, pranayam and meditation exclusively. We are practicing yoga with correct methodology and dedication. Only correct breathing techniques can solve many of the physical problems. So, think about the “PRANAYAM”. It stimulates equilibrium in the body systems. Yoga is also an imperative to move towards a stress-free life, retaining all the powers and capabilities obtained by a sensitive mind and a sharp intellect vital for the day-to-day functioning in this high-tech era. We learn the art of “Working in Relaxation” with total “Awareness in Action”. Thus, it offers a total and comprehensive approach to the challenges posed by stress.
