This ancient technology is the Yoga of Awareness. Through pranayam (conscious breathing), kriyas (sets of exercises/asanas), Naad Yoga and manta (study of sound and certain vibratory pattern chanted to create a neurochemical/glandular change), meditation (single-pointed focus that may include movement and or mudra-hand position to guide one's energy), and relaxation (will be guided, silent, include peaceful music, and live gong) one is guided to their truth. *It is advised to eat no more than a small snack before class and bring the following items: mat/sheepskin/blanket, water, a bed sheet, a block or towel to roll up if it is hard to sit on the floor. Chairs are provided if that would be more comfortable for you.
