Here at Sanctuary Studios, we go above and beyond mere workout routines. With our unique individualized approach to yoga and bodywork, students will begin the transformation process by releasing tightness and strengthening weak areas, all while protecting the joints and creating ease and balance systemically. Not all bodies are the same, and neither should be all yoga practices! We work with our students individually and in small groups to keep you safe while continually moving you to a more pain-free, centered place.
