Susan Yu is currently training to be an Osteopath at the London School of Osteopathy and holds a BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her gymnastics background combined with over ten years experience in Yoga and Pilates, has given her a unique perspective on holistic body training, promoting weight loss, fitness and well-being in mind and body whilst building strength in both areas.
