Hatha Yoga classes for strength, flexibility, energy and relaxation. Wednesdays and Thursdays 7/715 -815/830 pm with experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher Linda Rafferty. Having studied with a wide range of highly skilled practitioners in the UK and Canada, my classes will give you guidance on practising deeply and safely. A range of asanas (variations given) will be followed by a guided relaxation. Wed class for intermediate/beginners, Thur class for intermediate/advanced. Core and back strength, opening and stretching, effective use of the breath in postures are all explored. Trial a class for £5.
