"Shambala Yoga Urbano" is a yoga studio located inside a wellness center in Madrid that offers Vinyasa Yoga Urbano and Yin Yoga colective and private classes all levels. The main teacher of Shambala Yoga Urbano, Mili Lazcano got all her trainning in California, by many of the best yoga teachers of Vinyasa. Some of her teachers are: Tom Morley, Steve Ross, Shiva Rea... and others as Gabrielle Roth and Vinn Marti for dance trainning. Shambala offers workshops, retreats and charity events. During the months of summer part of the team of Shambala Yoga Urbano moves to teach in Formentera, at the Balearic Islands.
