The Yoga Lodge on Whidbey Island offers a quiet, secluded setting for yoga and ayurveda study, personal retreat (B&B) and small group retreats. Yoga classes and private sessions are taught by Wendy Dion, RYT and incorporate asana, meditation, pranayama and ayurveda.
