Vernyoga is run by Vernette Butler who is a Holistic Life and Fitness Coach that provides 1:2:1 Hatha Yoga Tuition, Yoga Therapy (Which is a tailored set of exercises to restore well being and fitness), Personal Fitness Training and Weight Loss, Massage Therapies, Relaxation Therapies, Reiki and Counselling. Vernette has published several articles on yoga and has been teaching yoga 10years, a therapist for 19years and working as a gym instructor for 3years. Dip.YHlth, Dip.Thai, CYQ level 2 Fitness (inc anatomy and physiology), Presentation Skills for Therapists, Curves release 1 and 2, First Aid for Sports. Reiki 2nd Degree.
