Vernyoga is run by Vernette Butler who is a Holistic Life and Fitness Coach that provides 1:2:1 Hatha Yoga Tuition, Yoga Therapy (Which is a tailored set of exercises to restore well being and fitness), Personal Fitness Training and Weight Loss, Massage Therapies, Relaxation Therapies, Reiki and Counselling. Classes are currently held at: Weybridge, Library Lecture Hall, KT13 8DE: Monday 7.30pm Thursday 10.30am Thursday 7.30pm Please enquire before coming to check there is space. Chertsey Dance Studio, KT16 9AU: Tuesday 6.45pm Wednesday 9.30am Friday 10.30am Chertsey Curves(above ASK), KT16 8AP Saturday 12.30pm Chertsey - Spring Laser Therapy Room, KT16 9AP Personal Yoga tuition, yoga therapy, reiki, massage and all other therapies are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Vernette is a Member of the FHT, BSY,BWY,BYTA,SFTR, The International Society for Mental Health Online and is a 'Preferred Yoga Teacher' with the Health and Yoga website. Vernette has published several articles on yoga and has been teaching yoga 10years, a therapist for 19years and working as a gym instructor for 3years. Vernyoga website for all things yoga was awarded a Health and Yoga.com 'Privileged Yoga Resource'. Qualifications: Ab.Psy, Mdrn.Psy, Dip.Couns, Dip.NLP(x2), Dip.YTh(x2), Dip.YT, Dip.SYVC. Dip.YHlth, Dip.Thai, CYQ level 2 Fitness (inc anatomy and physiology), CYQ L3 Yoga teacher/200hrs, Presentation Skills for Therapists, Curves release 1 and 2, First Aid for Sports. Reiki 2nd Degree.
