A fluid, expressive and intuitive style of yoga. Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga offered in group classes, private sessions and yoga in the workplace / schools. Based in Teddington & South West London. Everyone is welcome. Including those who would like to try yoga and are put off as they believe their body is not bendy enough! I encourage listening to the internal voice of the body. Instead of asking you to conform and contort into an asana, I encourage self-informed choices so that you can explore your own uniqueness and let the asanas fit you. I find this makes classes fun, whilst leaving you with a healthy and respectful enjoyment of your body, as well as a deeper understanding of its needs and limitations.
