Tara Nolan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Yoga Life Coach (CYLC). Tara hosts classes and retreats throughout Wisconsin and abroad. She is known to push her students to live their best possible life through a vigorous Vinyasa practice and intensive coaching.
