MAY RETREAT, 5- 7 days, 27 April up till 5 May, for yoga beginners and advantages.

You are staying in a unique location on the western part of Curacao. You are here to relax and during the retreat there is plenty of yoga and mindfulness meditation in the open air. All this with a welcome break for a swim in the sea or a hike in the area. The yoga center is in an area of 1 ha, is just enough room to retire with a good book or a meditation. Qualified, skilful Yoga teacher Yvonne Martin, educated at the Saswitha institute (500RYT), teaches beside regular yoga classes also individual yoga sessions and guidance for residents and tourists based on the yoga philosophy.
