This class is for all levels , it works Hath yoga postures into a dynamic flow. Flowing with the inhale and exhale transitioning between postures. All yoga classes may include asana , pranayama, mantra, chanting, philosophy, meditation, adjustments and music as well as teachings on diet , lifestyle and supporting a yoga practice off the mat and into the world. *trainee teacher
