My personal style emphasizes a progressive approach to yoga. I stress safety while working with the postures and encourage the student to begin at their own level of flexibility as they advance their practice through awareness. I feel that working in a safe and non-judgmental environment is important on many levels including self-esteem and confidence. This system of practice including breath awareness and meditaiton is a holistic approach to wellness.
