My motto is ‘Yoga is Loving‘.
I care for people who are not comfortable in competitively high pressure environments- whether they are physically limited or not. Through this idea I offer many modifications and encourage students to ‘listen to their own body’
I also attend to over-stressed people who are looking for refuge from the hectic activities in their lives.
I promote the following ideas:

* Yoga is meditation in motion
* It’s the work inside that matters
