“Relaxing Yoga” Saturdays, 1:00 -2:00 p.m., La Vista Community Center, 8116 Park View Blvd. Fee $6.00 per class. “Relaxing Yoga” is for the beginner and intermediate yoga student. This class includes breathing and relaxation techniques, stretching, joints and glands exercises and hatha yoga postures. The instructor is Frank P. Ferrante, master’s degree certified yoga instructor with 17 years of teaching experience, and the author of the 1998 DVD/ text titled Simple and Easy Hatha Yoga and Meditation for Everyone.
